moonrise

Spray shoots up,
Delicate lace patterns,
Scattering rainbows
Against rock.
Sunlit diamonds
Become gentle candle flames.
Soaring moon gives off
A gentle path,
Sending a road
To dreamers.
Sailors follow it
To a new world with
Sunsets, daybreaks, and dragons of living color
And clear hues
Sensing joy there,
The dolphins follow it to help those on the
Same pure mind feel
Their joy of living.
